VIoT signs strategic cooperation agreement with the Center for Network and Service Development Support: Promoting digital infrastructure development and national digital transformation


Hanoi, May 30, 2025 – VIoT Technology Joint Stock Company (VIoT) and the Center for Network and Service Development Support (under the Ministry of Information and Communications) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to promote digital infrastructure development, commercialize IoT technology and accelerate digital transformation in the public and private sectors in Vietnam.


The signing ceremony took place in the context that the Ministry of Information and Communications is actively implementing the Project on effective use of public assets to serve public service activities, while promoting the financial autonomy mechanism at public service units. This is an important step to promote the role of the public sector and technology enterprises in the process of infrastructure modernization, promoting the digital economy and digital society.

Comprehensive cooperation in the field of digital infrastructure, IoT and AI


According to the signed agreement, the two sides will coordinate to deploy and commercialize technology solutions in the fields of telecommunications, information technology and the Internet of Things (IoT), specifically including:


- Deploying LoRaWAN transmission network infrastructure, serving the connection of IoT devices in urban areas, industrial parks and infrastructure systems managed or linked by the Center.


- Applying IoT technology in the management and operation of Smart Industrial Parks, energy monitoring at agencies, public service units and enterprises.


- Cooperating to develop a Smart Camera platform integrated with artificial intelligence (AI Camera Platform), serving the work of ensuring urban security, e-government, civil, commercial and industrial security.


- Building an ecosystem for research - application of IoT technology at universities, promoting training, innovation and practical technology testing.


- Coordinate the implementation of testing, demonstration and evaluation of products and services aimed at end users by leveraging the infrastructure and available resources from both sides.

Affirming the role of a public-private bridge in national digital transformation


Speaking at the signing ceremony, VIoT representative, Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Nguyen Bach Viet emphasized: “As a pioneering technology enterprise in the field of telecommunications - IoT in Vietnam, VIoT commits to accompany public service units in the process of modernizing digital infrastructure, implementing effective digital transformation and developing a circular economy based on data.”


The cooperation agreement between VIoT and the Center for Network and Service Development Support is expected to create a premise for a model of cooperation between technology enterprises and public service units, contributing to promoting the application of digital technology in management practices and socio-economic development.
