With an operating area of more than 84,000m2, to maintain operations, the energy consumption and carbon emissions into the environment are extremely large. AEON MALL has started the green transformation with VIoT. After the exchange period on November 21, 2023, a 40W panel lamp was installed to replace the old 64W lamp. The 2-month test period showed positive results, saving up to 37.5% of energy.

By May 2024, AEON MALL Tan Phu will install 297 new 40W panel light bulbs in the shopping area to help bring a new and more eye-catching space. In particular, the conversion of lights is expected to help save up to 41,464 KWh/year, reducing emissions by ~ 28 tons of CO2.

Currently, AEON MALL has conducted a trial installation of lighting in the corridor of the commercial center and the parking lot. The future of transforming the entire lighting system will bring a new look to AEON MALL Tan Phu, helping customers experience and shop the best in harmonious lighting and helping businesses reduce carbon emissions significantly.
