FORTEC is supported by La French Tech Vietnam - a project of the French government, together with French organizations such as La Mission French Tech and Conseil du Commerce Extérieur au Vietnam to help promote entrepreneurship and new technology change in Vietnam, France and many other countries.
The first event of FORTEC took place on May 28, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of nearly 100 multi-sector technology companies. In particular, VIoT Energy Efficiency Platform (VEEP) also participated in this new technology event.
At the event, companies have the opportunity to display their typical products and technologies, exchange and learn new technologies, connect with industry leaders, investors and entrepreneurs; Attracting new partners, especially the interest of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV), helping to attract investment capital for typical businesses.
The most attractive is P!TCH, a competition for businesses to present their projects in front of investors at the event, with a prize of $7,500 for the first prize winner.
VEEP introduced its projects and products in a confident and attractive way. Demonstrating that it has been providing the most modern and optimal energy transition solutions, accompanying Vietnamese businesses towards the goal of Low Carbon by 2050.
