Uniview and VIoT Sign Strategic Collaboration Agreement to Accelerate Energy Storage Deployment in Vietnam and ASEAN

Uniview and VIoT have signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement to jointly advance the deployment of modular Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and renewable integration solutions under the Wewatt Go-To-Market Program.

The agreement establishes a long-term framework for technology cooperation, digital integration, and regional growth, marking an important milestone in Vietnam’s clean energy transformation.

Under this partnership, Uniview commits an investment of USD 2 million to support the commercial rollout of Wewatt’s operations, while VIoT contributes its digital infrastructure and analytics platform as an in-kind investment. The collaboration will be guided by a Joint Steering Committee, ensuring full alignment across governance, technology, and execution.

The initiative combines Uniview’s engineering and manufacturing expertise with VIoT’s advanced energy management and digital monitoring systems, forming a complete energy ecosystem for both residential and industrial sectors. The partnership aims to deliver more than 1,500 residential installations and 8 major commercial projects in 2026, expanding into regional markets by 2027, including Thailand and Malaysia.
